1. Which means they benefit but you do not! Time to look for new rewards cards.It never saves my location info, whenever I try to type it in and save it, nothing happens except a message that states: "no rewards in your area" which is false =(Like others I can't log in or reset my password I called their customer service on 4/24 or 4/25 and left my callback info and email but I haven't heard a word.

2. Can not log in, have rest my password soo many times and all it says is my session is expired.New member VERY DISAPPOINTED, selections are minimal, no rewards for home improvement stores, or gas or grocery rewards.

4. I had over 9000 points accumulated... samsung s7It used to be nice to get the free gift cards by using your points, now I can't even log in and the app acts like it's went in to stupid mode.This app is total junk.

1. Fix Buzz Points Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Buzz Points: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Buzz Points App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Buzz Points" » Open Buzz Points » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Buzz Points » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Buzz Points app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Buzz Points servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Buzz Points" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Buzz Points app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Buzz Points might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Buzz Points. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Buzz Points then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Buzz Points not working

2. Fix Buzz Points Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Buzz Points be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Buzz Points not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Buzz Points may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
