1. They give you the first chapter of the process for free which seems like it hits home more than other apps similar to this.
2. Other than that I think it's great with supporting you on your own mental health journey!Excellent app for discovering yourself, working through trauma, and having a journey of exploration through your past, present and future.
3. I personally found the reflections much more interesting/useful and the self care exercises just annoying.Pretty good, but couple issues with the exercises.
4. Upgrading my rating to 5 stars.It seems to be a good app but calming ambiance music more often in the background would make the experience more joyful.
5. The app was also designed with great compassion for the user as it is very considered with the way it presents certain exercises and asks you to go through some difficult feelings or experiences.
6. I understand that the work put in this app is worth the money you have to pay after the first chapter, but a lot of people are not able to afford this price.
7. Easy to keep track of placement, and convenient to go back if needed The information starts from the very basics, and not overwhelming and filled with content that can complicate the learning and reflecting processes.
8. Unsure of pricing for full version.Some of the exercises are interesting and thought-provoking (but honestly the free ones at the beginning are the best).
9. The first thing that I want to comment on is the color scheme and background images.
10. Maybe games or even visualizations such as pictures too.I don't really leave reviews on apps, but I am pushing myself to do so starting from now on because I want people to know what it is like.
