1. Samsung made an update and and immediately after, this app started to be reported as having a bug.I havent received safety opps since 11/7/21.

2. We have multiple drivers that can not even login in order to clock in or out and it crashing a lot for them.It's a decent app and does what it needs to.

3. I was pretty upset when it didn't work on Samsung phones for about a month after an update though.

4. This app works great for me as a driver for FedEx however your recent update has ruined the usability of this app.

5. Especially if u have bad or unstable connection, this app STRUGGLES to log in or even function.Definitely needs work to be what it could/should be.

6. I reported the apps malfunctions weeks ago and they have yet to fix the issues.Crashing Right now.

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for P&D Driver App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear P&D Driver App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from P&D Driver App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "P&D Driver App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check P&D Driver App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, P&D Driver App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall P&D Driver App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall P&D Driver App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing P&D Driver App not working
