- Restart The Purina Pack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the The Purina Pack App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Purina Pack" » Open The Purina Pack » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Purina Pack » click "UPDATE".
- Clear The Purina Pack app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Purina Pack servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Purina Pack" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check The Purina Pack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Purina Pack might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall The Purina Pack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Purina Pack then reinstall.
