Dropbox Sign Customer Insights

1. I've tried signing up with Hello SIGN and both bring me back to the same page causing me to sign in repeatedly and then asking for app permissions repeatedly.

2. So it seems Dropbox decided to buy Hellosign and charge exorbitant pricing (PER USER).

3. So there I was thinking that my Dropbox subscription will grant me access to this service.

4. Uninstalling right now!I was excited to use this app, but it keeps asking me to link with my Dropbox account.

5. So it's no small thing for me to figure out how to import and merge files, and then put in fields for someone to sign + add the date.

6. I think I'm going to cancel my Dropbox subscription and find something else.

7. I've tried signing out of my Dropbox and signing in.

8. And when I give the app permission it just cycles back to the same page repeatedly asking for permission.

9. I got an error message that said it didn't send it.

10. I need to pay separately for every service "a la carte".

11. With current technology there has got to be better and more affordable solutions.
