1. This is so, so frustrating because they did work well, and now they are useless.Very slow doesn't connect and when your away from the camera it doesn't work app is really outdated it's like it was designed in the stone age will definitely be sending my camera back.This app keeps closing.

2. It will not let me try some of the features that come with the camera.Keeps trying to connect then you see 2 secs of video then trys to connect again needs an update to fix the bugsIt takes good video and still pics.

1. Fix iWFCam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iWFCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iWFCam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iWFCam" » Open iWFCam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iWFCam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iWFCam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iWFCam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iWFCam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iWFCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iWFCam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iWFCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iWFCam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iWFCam not working

2. Fix iWFCam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iWFCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iWFCam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iWFCam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
