Why should I report an Issue with Docusign - Upload & Sign Docs?

1. Only thing is it doesn't allow to share directly through email as just a regular file and it can be difficult for people to open up the updated document so it adds an extra step (I usually just send it to myself and download the file that way).The issue of the missing "finish" button seems to have been resolved, but now I'm having to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times to be able to continue signing documents due to "page can't be displayed" type errors.

2. I'd previously had trouble with it forgetting who I was constantly, and now it's doing that, and refusing to accept the code it e-mails, which means I can't log in or use the app.This app has been extremely useful when I need to sign documents online and it sends them easily and efficiently.

1. Fix Docusign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Docusign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Docusign App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Docusign" » Open Docusign - Upload & Sign Docs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Docusign » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Docusign - Upload & Sign Docs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Docusign servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Docusign - Upload & Sign Docs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Docusign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Docusign might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Docusign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Docusign then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Docusign not working

2. Fix Docusign Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Docusign be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Docusign not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Docusign may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
