1. If you do, then you will have to figure out how to restore them! I mainly use it along with my setlisthelper app to keep the music files in sync with my Dropbox.A truly great app !!! This review pertains to the Pro version of this app, though the same comments apply except in the free version you are limited to only syncing one folder.

2. Maybe I didn't wait long enough.I have been using this app (pro) for years and it syncs everything I choose on my phone to specific folders in Dropbox (I use one-way sync only).

3. Great flexibility to choose what needs to go where.I've been using the free for several months to keep an Android folder synced up with a Dropbox folder.

1. Fix Dropsync Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dropsync: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dropsync App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dropsync" » Open Dropsync: Autosync for Dropbox » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dropsync » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dropsync: Autosync for Dropbox app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dropsync servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dropsync: Autosync for Dropbox" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dropsync app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dropsync might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dropsync. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dropsync then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dropsync not working

2. Fix Dropsync Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dropsync be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dropsync not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dropsync may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
