1. Simplify your workforce management with smart guided scheduling, tip distribution, and integrated payroll that lets you easily track labor costs alongside sales, enforce and ensure local and state compliance, and empower your staff to own their schedules.
1. I like the idea this app has, but it doesn't feel like any asset fits quite correctly in this app. This app doesn't comply with Google's secure browser policy, so from the app you can't sync it with your Google calendar (even tho there's a button offering to) Overall this app is actually pretty bad, I'm surprised my work chose this platform as their scheduling platform when there's so many others that aren't even half as bad/buggy.
2. I've contacted my employer they also cannot find the problem but the stupid app doesn't send me any notifications and so I have no idea when my employer is sending me messages that are important for my job!! I will be convincing them to get rid of such a horrible app!!This app has all the right features but performance is severely lacking.
3. I don't know if it's just because mine is for an Android and not an Apple but I verified my notifications for text and email and every time I hit the test it doesn't send me anything.
4. If your business doesn't use the clock in/out feature, it texts employees every day, and from a different number each time.
5. The app only opens when it feels like it (a problem with both the Android and iOS app) and if you make the mistake of switching to desktop view (which,by the way, why is there even an option for IN AN APP) it logs you out until you force quit the app and open it a few times.
6. When selecting part of a day for time off you have to drag your finger across a tiny red line but only half of the time gets selected.
7. There are free clock in apps that work a million times better than this one.I have never seen a jankier app.
8. I'd suggest the developers add in-app notification work reminders with an adjustable timer, rather then texting.Absolutely awful app.
9. All my coworkers hate it and we've tried to convince our boss to get rid of it.You can not close out of the intro videos; meanwhile, there are close buttons that are too big and don't allow you to tap notifications on the board without closing them.
10. It also crashes every time I use it, And I have to reload the app multiple times pretty much every time I check my schedule.
11. You can't go back to the app because the error screen doesn't have a previous page option.
