1. (Reset button? Where?).This product is a joke... constantly chucking me out of the app, even after updating and re-installing the app... It is also a battle to even open up the live connection so I can see what's happening through the live camera and interact with the mic ๐ก๐ก๐๐๐๐๐Nothing really works well on this app.
2. Phillips Hue plug works fine and much easier to install.I have connected smartwatch denver sw-164 with the app and it's constantly getting disconnected from the app, so you need to open the app to connect it again for the notifications to reach the watch.
3. Works on Galaxy S20 phone but there is no possibility to adjust any basic picture quality settings (brightness, contrast etc.), network settings or led behaviour on IOB-208 camera.
4. For ppl considering buying Denver products: buying 1 item for a simple task is OK, building a smart home with these low-end products is a bad idea.Not compatible with Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ at all so I'm unable to install it.
5. Don't think I'll pay for the cloud storage.Complicated installation which forced me to go to my router settings to rename my Wi-Fi to include xxx-2.4G, and still it did not recognize the smart plug.
6. Is there another solution? Maybe an update?Takes pictures and rings when nobody there, and takes pictures after they've leftInstallation of the camera was smooth.
7. The camera comes on when it detects motion but it doesn't seem to record videos anymore.
8. A waste of time and money for a simple "smart" plug.
9. When it works, it works great though.Scheduler doesn't work properly.
10. It takes screenshots, when it manages to contact the camera, which is rarely.
11. Then i go back and click it again, it works every time.
