2. every information available which i need , thanks to Red cross to provide such services.Definitely not user-friendly just can't see how it actually helps any definitely need to re-engineer the whole app in the whole conceptSince I was in the military for over 41 years.

3. Dealinh with the Red Cross during 2 deployments and looking through this app it looks to be a very valuable tool to service members and their families.This app has very little useful information.

4. Next it has you input the service member's information but this doesn't create an account for you, even though you created a password.

5. Apart from that it should easily navigate and each pages has valuable information available.i have checked multiple apps but this is one of best of them.

6. I'm going to uninstalle it.Very, very important to have if you have loved ones in the military and need to get in contact with them when an emergency arises.

7. You can't input a year so start with Jan 1 and then start sweeping the months back 20 year (240 ish months) until you get to their birthdate.

8. 1st annoying item, it makes you go back month by month to input a birthday.

9. Especially when they're unreachable under normal circumstancesBest app which i ever seen for military family.

1. Restart Hero Care: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hero Care » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hero Care - American Red Cross app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hero Care servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hero Care - American Red Cross" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hero Care app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hero Care might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hero Care. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hero Care then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hero Care not working

2. Fix Hero Care Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hero Care be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hero Care not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hero Care may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
