1. Stuck here so created this review. This app has lot of useful information available.in this app very valuable toll to service members and their families.this app is awesome everyone related to military.
2. every information available which i need , thanks to Red cross to provide such services.Definitely not user-friendly just can't see how it actually helps any definitely need to re-engineer the whole app in the whole conceptSince I was in the military for over 41 years.
3. Dealinh with the Red Cross during 2 deployments and looking through this app it looks to be a very valuable tool to service members and their families. This app has very little useful information.
4. Next it has you input the service member's information but this doesn't create an account for you, even though you created a password.
5. Apart from that it should easily navigate and each pages has valuable information available.i have checked multiple apps but this is one of best of them.
6. I'm going to uninstalle it.Very, very important to have if you have loved ones in the military and need to get in contact with them when an emergency arises.
7. You can't input a year so start with Jan 1 and then start sweeping the months back 20 year (240 ish months) until you get to their birthdate.
8. 1st annoying item, it makes you go back month by month to input a birthday.
9. Especially when they're unreachable under normal circumstancesBest app which i ever seen for military family.
10. So you create yourself and account.
11. After that it tells you you have to set your password, but you can't.
