But overall very happy! 😊 we will get it off next time! Much better company than the others I have used! Will be setting up another appointment again!Difficulty with locations and freezing.

2. Edit: just called Spiffy's listed phone number, pressed 1 for their "special offer" and was redirected to MedAlert for a medical bracelet! Don't use this company! Any place using bait and switch can't be trusted with your vehicle.

3. Downloaded the iPhone version, and it has errors with the credit cards and the chat function--if you delete a card and add a new one it still shows the old card as the default.

4. Adding a credit card through the credit card interface did not work, and there's no option to remove expired cards.After struggling through the app that barely works.
