2. You can request time off, offer shifts to coworkers, trade shifts with coworkers, pick up shifts from coworkers, and send messages to coworkers directly from your mobile device.

3. To utilize this app, you must receive an invitation from your restaurant manager.

4. Radar Schedules also takes advantage of your device’s push notifications so that you are instantly notified of shift availability, approved shift changes, and schedule updates.

Also, I tried to report this issue via email without going through a public review, but I guess they don't want to hear about any problems with the app because the email I sent was rejected and I could not fine any other way to contact anyone.This app almost never loads and always says no internet connection when I have full bars.

2. Very disappointing...Mobile data does not work to load the app.

3. Sometimes the schedule won't load, sometimes I'll have 4g and it'll say "no connection," and most recently it started saying that I have no upcoming shifts, but if I check the roster feature my shifts are on there.

9. Only redeeming quality is that it's free to download.Constantly says "No Connection" when you start the app, requiring a restart.

10. I wish my work didn't use this app.I have had the mispleasure of trying to make this app function for work but I have come to the conclusion the app was never intended to function properly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Radar Schedules Issues

1. Fix Radar Schedules Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Radar Schedules: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Radar Schedules App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radar Schedules" » Open Radar Schedules » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Radar Schedules » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Radar Schedules app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radar Schedules servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radar Schedules" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Radar Schedules app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radar Schedules might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Radar Schedules. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radar Schedules then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radar Schedules not working


2. Fix Radar Schedules Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Radar Schedules be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Radar Schedules not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Radar Schedules may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
