1. App is fine other than that, I suppose.It has been working well, but I've noticed lately that I'm not getting notifications of schedule changes or new schedule postings.

2. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled with no success.It's been working fine till recently I can't login anymore or do anything with it and I'm getting confused about it and I tried getting help but it won't take me to the help page of itKeeps locking up.

3. By the sounds of other reviews, it's a known problem and they just aren't willing to update the app to fix the inconvenience.This app works fine when you're just a team member and other people's schedules do not mean so much, but as management, it's a pain.

4. Also it would be nice to know when the schedule changes , is it my schedule or someone elses? I get a notification that there has been a change but I never know if its my schedule.

5. This can cause obvious problems.Works fine, occasionally have start up issues but closing completely and reopening fixes that, does what it says and updates in real time.Would not allow me too log in on my Samsung S8.

6. It's great to be able to see schedules but, when trying to sync my schedule with my calendar, it only shows me the primary calendar which isn't useful.

7. Biometric login does not work when calling for help you transferred from call center to call center with no one having an answer and to expect a call back later.

8. And being user friendly is important especially for tractor supply because of the lack of technical knowledge for alot of it's employees.I like the idea but the app has many frustrating and not well tested features.

9. I constantly have to help my co-workers to change availability, look at the schedule, and request days off.

10. Aside from that, management rarely looks into availability changes or requests off and that causes miscommunication, people refusing to show up, and lack of appropriate shifts.

11. I never know when the new schedule comes out, my hours change, etc.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TSC MySchedule Issues

1. Fix TSC MySchedule Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TSC MySchedule: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TSC MySchedule App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TSC MySchedule" » Open TSC MySchedule » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TSC MySchedule » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TSC MySchedule app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TSC MySchedule servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TSC MySchedule" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TSC MySchedule app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TSC MySchedule might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TSC MySchedule. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TSC MySchedule then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TSC MySchedule not working
