Wish i could actually find a way 2 communicate fr fryou have to set up a subscription and start paying $20 a month to even look at the shoes they have to offer.. although this doesn't seem like a bad price for a subscription, the conditions aren't convenient at allDo not buy the subscription to the app I love everyone at coolkicks but everything gets sold out within a minute of the drop.

3. Struck out in 2 drops wouldn't be worth $20.Should have checked the comments before downloaded the app...waste of time and probably money whoever subscribe(20$/month) to this absolute ripoff an idea.

4. It tells me my credentials are wrong everytime i try to sign into the app! I try to reset my password and it says it sent me an email to reset it but no email anywhereI really wish they would hire someone full time just 4 the apps custservice.

5. Simple.Terrible!!!!! I go to my email to retrive the authentcation code the app sent me for the final step of creating my profile and then go straight back to the app and the authentcation code screen is gone!!! I have tried everything i know to do and nothing works! I only have one email so i cant just create another profile on the app.

6. Don't recommend 👎I would like to start off by saying I like the idea behind the app for users that watch their videos (which btw they profit off of) and want to support coolkicks.

7. However I don't like the idea behind having to pay $20 monthly just to have an opportunity to potentially buy their products especially when your chances are low when it comes to waiting & seeing something you like in your size & actually buying.

1. Fix CoolKicks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CoolKicks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoolKicks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoolKicks" » Open CoolKicks - Sneaker & Streetwe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoolKicks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CoolKicks - Sneaker & Streetwe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoolKicks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoolKicks - Sneaker & Streetwe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CoolKicks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoolKicks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CoolKicks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoolKicks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoolKicks not working

2. Fix CoolKicks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CoolKicks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CoolKicks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CoolKicks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
