Some features - such as sort by "price per", sort the basket; view basket by category, or not; hide out of stock products during search; filter search hits by dietary needs - work on the mobile site, some on the desktop site, some in the app)... And no dark theme or font sizing.Hi Ocado, as a regular weekly shopper I love the app.

2. Could do with being able to pass on flash sale items so other more relavant items pop up and the coupons are so few and always on ridiculous items NOT in stock.

3. 3 for £12 on BBQ not showing, haagen dazs £3.50 when clicked on £5.25, salmon 3 for £12 when clicked on packs are full price and also on more offers it only shows 10 items on offer.

4. To update an order on their app is annoyingly difficultNormally I love this app as it is quick and easy to add food to my cart or an existing order.

5. One star off, though, for forcing me to use the OTP to add one item to my order only to tell me afterwards that the item is out of stock.The app is easy to use and reliable.

1. Fix Ocado Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ocado: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ocado App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ocado" » Open Ocado: supermarket shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ocado » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ocado: supermarket shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ocado servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ocado: supermarket shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ocado app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ocado might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ocado. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ocado then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ocado not working

2. Fix Ocado Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ocado be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ocado not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ocado may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
