1. Of course not, I'm trying to sign up! So I tried to sign up without the card number, but after I filled everything out correctly, the sign up button is still greyed out, as if I missed something, but EVERYTHING was filled out, even the ridiculous password requirements.
2. Why can't you just tie the rewards to a person's debit or credit card and have the discount applied? Love your store but I will NOT be pursuing the rewards program any longer.It no longer shows the gas prices for each station in the map.
3. How else am I supposed to sign in? Update: I was finally able to sign in to access all features of the app on 3/6.Since the update I can no longer use the app for purchases (account on hold) but the card still works fine.
4. (Because you can sign back in and still see it, brilliant.)HAY!!!!! MAYBE THIS WILL GET YOUR ATTENTION! The internal feedback doesn't seem to notify yinz for the last three-ish months.
5. Anyways, the app no longer enables the gas pump anymore, but it still can be used to make purchases inside the store.With this updated app, I can't even sign in.
6. I was told I had to user my Parker's rewards card at the pump which is ridiculous IMO.
7. He just had to tell me that even when I did get signed up I wouldn't be able to use the rewards system for the member price until between 24-48hrs.
8. And if you keep notifications disabled opening the app is a 2 step process because you have to decline notifications every time it's opened.You ask me to update my account.
9. The last 3x I've purchased gas, I've had to pay regular price instead of the rewards price.
10. Linked my checking account multiple times, tried different bank accounts.
11. It continues to say that a newer version is available, but when you click to update, it states the page cannot be found.
