1. Can't shop, can't enter raffles only thing I can do is check my acct & since I can't do the first 2 things, there's no point.App errors...cant get in the champs, footlocker, eastbay, footaction or kids footlocker apps...won't even let you attempt to login.

2. For me, it is pretty much unusable at this point.What is going on with this app???!!! It constantly gives error messages and crashes!!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times!!! It's not like it's a problem that's foreign to Champs because just about every review states the same problem.

3. Then it still errors out when it's time to check the results too.This app doesn't function anymore... never opens up, error code everytime I open it.

4. In reality it's a bad app that crashes constantly, needs to be re-download every other time it's opened, shows shoes that are constantly out of stock.

5. This has been an ongoing issue and it really needs to be resolved!!!!I only have the app because eastbay is gone now and it worked the first few times i used it and now in these past 2 months this app flat out doesn't work.

9. Lost out on a pair of shoes cause the app wouldn't let me log in time to confirm that I wanted the shoes.

1. Fix Champs Sports Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Champs Sports: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Champs Sports App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Champs Sports" » Open Champs Sports: Shop Sneakers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Champs Sports » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Champs Sports: Shop Sneakers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Champs Sports servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Champs Sports: Shop Sneakers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Champs Sports app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Champs Sports might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Champs Sports. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Champs Sports then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Champs Sports not working
