1. Edit: Any hope you guys fix this?! Look at the reviews this has been a thing for weeks! UPDATE: Literally months later and I'm still logging in and allowing notifications every time I use the app.
2. I was in line, I minimized the app (not closed it) and then it promptly kicked me out of line and gave me several errors when I tried to rejoin again.Something has been happening with the app lately.
3. At the point where you're supposed to enter your phone number it says that it can't reach the servers, sends me an error message, and won't let me continue creating my account.
4. Makes it nearly impossible to have any shot at a drop, and almost just as hard to enter a draw.I'm continually being logged out, get several network errors when trying to enter a draw, it can take up to 20 tries to get it to work right.
5. They send you on the endless loop of trying to get in contact with a "tech," but everytime you get off of the phone and call the number they give you, you get another "athlete" who tells you to get in contact with a tech.
6. Network errors when trying to check out all the time, and that is when you are lucky enough to have the "purchase" option show up for you.
7. I tried the uninstall and reinstall but that didn't work still the same.Twice now since d/l the app (2 months ago), I've had to uninstall and reinstall because I get locked out of my account and won't let me sign in.
8. Garbage appI have to sign in every time and it always asks to turn on notifications.
9. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've tried using different phone numbers, I tried disconnecting it from my Wi-Fi.
10. Super slow, crashes, and my phone freezes every time I join a drawing.
11. I try and fix the first problem by entering my credit card information and the app has an error with accepting my new credit card.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nike SNKRS Issues
1. Fix Nike SNKRS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Nike SNKRS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Nike SNKRS App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nike SNKRS" » Open Nike SNKRS: Shoes & Streetwear » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nike SNKRS » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Nike SNKRS: Shoes & Streetwear app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nike SNKRS servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nike SNKRS: Shoes & Streetwear" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Nike SNKRS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nike SNKRS might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Nike SNKRS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nike SNKRS then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nike SNKRS not working
2. Fix Nike SNKRS Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nike SNKRS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nike SNKRS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nike SNKRS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Come on. Really. I waited exactly 8:00. I was for sure one of the first ones to get to military Jordan 4s. Never had some and was excited to get these. But then it’s saying I didn’t get chosen. Wth. Could you please just send me a pair size 9 and I’ll pay the 210. Now there 2x the price.

Hi, I'm Sophia Vasquez, I was supposed to receive a package today but when I checked the steps of my package I saw that they were sending it back because the address was not complete, I called the UPS service and they told me that the package was in Czech Republic.

I have ordered shoes from here or tried to. Afterward it kept canceling my order, I then tried to re order them. The order just kept canceling and I paid for the shoes because it took money off the card. So the transactions went threw, but still no shoes. I would like to see if I can get my money back possibly, because I re ordered them multiple times and it took the money off the card.

My complaint is that I CANNOT buy any new released sneakers on the app. I've been trying fo a very long time and it's getting me to the point where i don't want to even buy from Nike anymore!! I find it frustrating that these sneaker bots are buying out all the sneakers. No matter how fast my fingers are (they are fast) I am not able to compete with the sneaker bots that I thought weren't allowed to be used on your app/website. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

I had the size of my shoe selected at 8:00, it wasn’t even 8:01 yet. It was pending for 10 min and then said it was out of my size. How, when I selected my size within 30 seconds of it opening. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It’s a joke. It makes me not want to do anything with Nike. They are making it impossible to get any shoes that are released.

It’s very frustrating getting your hopes so high for something that is damn near impossible to obtain. 3 strikes and you’re out!!! I wish more people knew about how big of a scam this website is. More importantly shame on you for getting my child’s hopes high.. 👎

App is terrible! Payment process needs an upgrade. You should be able to have a one click process to purchase your new releases. Shouldn't have to continously sign into your account when you're already logged in waiting for a show to drop.
