I've deleted and installed the app several times and it still won't work it just says 'error'Im sure if you live in the USA it's super easy for shipping but ofcoarse if you live in any other country you better pray that you have a snipes store near you cuz you are not able to orderThe reason for the one star is the log in credential authentication system is off I logged in with my credentials my google account and there is no function listed to allow it on the app just Facebook sign on I logged in with my email and google pass word that correspond with it only to get the credentials failure error message uninstalling unstable I'll connect through the website directly.

The app itself is a good app so far I just tried it out this week and wait and see what they do have a lot of stuff on the app that they don't have in the store.At First I was in love with the app,but now it's acting Stupid! And Snipes is having a sale on my All Time favorite Sneakers! And I can't even take advantage of the sale that's going on! The app won't show prices! The app won't go to my Shopping cart The app won't go to my Favorites 😔I know they just renew the app but this app have a lot of bugs and glitches they need to fix it's still hard to navigate or to open up any page get a lot of errorsCan someone help every time I go to enter a store raffle it puts me in a que.

Only wanted a replacement, messaged them two months ago and called and sent them a picture to now Only get a response, we're only giving refunds out, I should have been told that and would have sent them back two months ago and ordered from somewhere else, terrible I'm upset, so now if I order the shoes again there gonna charge me full price ridiculous.I shot this store frequently for my son's Jordan clothes and you can catch a good deal but sometimes if you don't it can be mighty pricey.

4. Also couldn't find a way to edit my email because it used my primary email from Facebook but wouldn't follow through with the registration.

5. Couldn't order on website but no instructions saying you must order through app.

6. Downloaded it to get free shipping on my item and it's getting deleted right after.YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK.

7. It seems like ever since you got rid of the Jimmy Jazz site this has been happening, I liked the Jimmy Jazz site.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SNIPES Issues

1. Fix SNIPES Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SNIPES: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SNIPES App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SNIPES" » Open SNIPES - Shoes & Streetwear » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SNIPES » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SNIPES - Shoes & Streetwear app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SNIPES servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SNIPES - Shoes & Streetwear" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SNIPES app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SNIPES might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SNIPES. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SNIPES then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SNIPES not working


2. Fix SNIPES Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SNIPES be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SNIPES not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SNIPES may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Went to buy sneakers with my grandson and finally found.a.pair in stocks. Employee gave us a 10 1/2 which was the size we requested and they were ok so we gave the shoe back to him and processed to checkout. When we.got there the box.at.the.counter only had one.sneaker. they processed to check for the other shoe but it was not.found.. the.manager.came.oit to look and could not.find it.but spoke to the employee who waited on us. He told the manager.that he gave us a 9 1/2 and that we told him it was ok. This was an out right lie.when I went up to the employee and the manager he continued to.say we had tried on a 9 1/2. I told.him that was wrong as.we were told.it was a 10 1/2 and thus was after having asked for 4 other pairs in that size that were out of stock.. the employee insisted I was not telling the truth and the manager.was just listening to him. He asked for my name and number in case they fou d the other 10 1/2 but by then I was so aggravated that I told him I did not want to leave.my number. I will never.go to another snipes store again..what happened to customer service and just being nice...rudest employee I have ever met.
