3. Great concept, but uploading images causes it to freeze/crash/get stuck and have to shut down, re sign in, upload 1 photo, all for it to do the same thing over again.

4. Need it for work otherwise I'd stop using this appApp logs you out everything, and doesn't save passwords.

5. Most of the time it doesn't show my jobs even after I refresh and restart the app and it logs me out all the time.

6. I wish there was an option to download the previous version.Been trying to put the app back on my phone and it just keeps buffering.

1. Fix ServiceMonster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ServiceMonster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ServiceMonster App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ServiceMonster" » Open ServiceMonster » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ServiceMonster » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ServiceMonster app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ServiceMonster servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ServiceMonster" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ServiceMonster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ServiceMonster might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ServiceMonster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ServiceMonster then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ServiceMonster not working

2. Fix ServiceMonster Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ServiceMonster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ServiceMonster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ServiceMonster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
