2. And if I could I would give you zero stars as I have used the app for years with no problems until it was sold then suddenly all sorts of issues.After the recent update, I started getting blurry images.

- Check CoinOut Receipts & Rewards App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoinOut Receipts & Rewards App might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall CoinOut Receipts & Rewards App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoinOut Receipts & Rewards App then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoinOut Receipts & Rewards App not working
2. Fix CoinOut Receipts & Rewards App Server issues & Internet Connection

Ok so... I have wrote already... but I got a email a week or so ago to verify my coinout account and to click the verification button so i did. I thought maybe this happened bc I had just updated my iPhone. However, when i went to log back into coinout i was not able too... I am pretty sure that I was scammed. and lost all my points and I am pretty sure that my account was registered to an old phone number 843-970-0722 but could not remember the email i registered it too... I just assumed that it was the one that had asked me to verify my account. So a few days later I tried to get back in and deleted the app and added it back but then it created me a whole new app. however, now I can not get into it at all. the email i used is starsade@redacted... I dont want to lose all the points i had.. I worked hard scanning all those receipts.. PLease help me

I have a new phone number and new phone and I’m unable to login to my account. And I don’t have my old phone anymore to use to login my account. I’ve also tried to login with my email but it says incorrect password and I’m pretty sure I put in the correct password.

My name is Stephanie. My email is sc3147741@redacted, my old phone number that is on my account is 276-224-2762 but I will need to change that to my new phone number.
Also I had signed up and opened and deposited the set amount of money said on the app for Copper through the badge on my coin out account on March 30, 2022 but I didn’t see it as pending or anything as of when I signed up and deposited the money up to the last time (a couple of weeks ago) I was able to go in my account. So I wanted to make sure that got straightened out also, if it hasn’t already.
