Will not let me download online orders

Ok so... I have wrote already... but I got a email a week or so ago to verify my coinout account and to click the verification button so i did. I thought maybe this happened bc I had just updated my iPhone. However, when i went to log back into coinout i was not able too... I am pretty sure that I was scammed. and lost all my points and I am pretty sure that my account was registered to an old phone number 843-970-0722 but could not remember the email i registered it too... I just assumed that it was the one that had asked me to verify my account. So a few days later I tried to get back in and deleted the app and added it back but then it created me a whole new app. however, now I can not get into it at all. the email i used is starsade@redacted... I dont want to lose all the points i had.. I worked hard scanning all those receipts.. PLease help me

I have a new phone number and new phone and I’m unable to login to my account. And I don’t have my old phone anymore to use to login my account. I joined copper through CoinOut with my daughter I completed everything it said to do we deposited money immediately into the account and I have neither received the $10 bonus for the deposit clearing nor have we received the $25 bonus from coin out it's been well over a week I would like this resolved
