I will increase my ratings to 5 and edit this review if said things happen.Please remove the adds and make option to move photos and video from gallery to vault.This is so wore, I downloaded 4 days before this and I saved all the pictures and videos but now i opened the app nothing is there in that folders the folders are empty I'm shocked.

2. If you see a 5 star with this comment on it bc the ads didn't give me a headache.What kind of secret vault has a lock on the icon? And I was gonna see if you could change it but then it asked me to do the tutorial - only to show me an ad that I couldn't press the x on! Edit: what do you have to say about the fact that I couldn't exit out of the ad? Edit: the details are clear.

3. This app is great for hiding photos, screenshots, and downloads that you don't want family members to find when snooping through your phone! I love that it just looks like a normal clock app and then when you tap on it you have to set the clock to a certain time to access your vault.

4. The ads are able to be skipped after 5 seconds of viewing them and you don't even get that many😊I just started using it, saved my first picture and it asked to be rate so I'm going give it a 3 star just Incase it becomes a headache with the ads.

1. Fix Clock Vault Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Clock Vault: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Clock Vault App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Clock Vault" » Open Clock Vault - Secret Folder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Clock Vault » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Clock Vault - Secret Folder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clock Vault servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clock Vault - Secret Folder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Clock Vault app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clock Vault might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Clock Vault. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clock Vault then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clock Vault not working

2. Fix Clock Vault Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Clock Vault be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Clock Vault not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Clock Vault may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
