1. The only issue I have is that when I try to use a feature of this app to send files from one device to another (from one android phone to another android phone), the phone to "receive" keeps saying to "turn off mobile data, even after mobile data has been turned off.. Other than that...this app is fantastic..! Another great feature is that you can setup various profiles to lock different things at different times.BEWARE : DO NOT USE!! BACKUP ANYTHING THAT YOU TRUST THIS APP WITH!! This app "hides" your pictures and videos by moving them into a hidden folder that you can't even see.

Fix this please.Moved 16 videos to the secure folder closed the app opened it back up and shows 16 videos the thumbnail for every video is just a white square and no video will play also every video is 0 bites in size so thank you for losing my videos or moving them and ruining them DONT INSTALL THIS it will lose or corrupt anything you put in the folder I literally have 1 video out of 16 that will play !!!!!!!!It seemed to work at first but I was not able to move pictures or videos out of the app.

3. Edit: As we can all see, the developer will respond to the "Feature" of not being able to open external apps to view or play content, but did not acknowledge the fact that the app cannot play or view certain formats.

4. I want my files back.Able to hide pictures, but unable to unhide them and cannot locate them anywhere on my phone.

5. I want to delete the app and restore the backup but I think it'll wipe everything out.Unable to open protected images or video in an external app.

6. When you unlock them the photos just dont show up in your gallery and videos do but they read 0:00 and can not be opened.

1. Fix Secure Folder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Secure Folder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secure Folder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secure Folder" » Open Secure Folder - App Lock Safe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secure Folder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secure Folder - App Lock Safe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secure Folder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secure Folder - App Lock Safe " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secure Folder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secure Folder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secure Folder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secure Folder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Secure Folder not working

2. Fix Secure Folder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Secure Folder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Secure Folder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Secure Folder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
