1. Can you fix it? BTW, I'm using the app on android unit(on my car).does not work on the prestige 2.. I have tried locking all types of files and can still access them freely from file manager... useless.

4. They created an app that permanently locks all of your files for free and then tell you that data recovery is a premium feature, even though it's the first option in the settings of the free version.

5. update: file manager could see the encrypted copy the app made and still open the original files.

7. Just recently this has started happening: if I go into my Notes to make a change, the screen skips around and then scrolls to the bottom of the page, and then moves to the line I was changing but the line is at the top of the screen instead of where I was editing it.

9. The app automatically moves to another music but there is pup up appears on the screen stating that it's moving to another file and the pup up stays forever.

1. Fix Folder Lock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Folder Lock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Folder Lock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Folder Lock" » Open Folder Lock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Folder Lock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Folder Lock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Folder Lock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Folder Lock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Folder Lock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Folder Lock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Folder Lock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Folder Lock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Folder Lock not working

2. Fix Folder Lock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Folder Lock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Folder Lock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Folder Lock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
