1. The entire app seems like a lie.There's something weird going on with this app! Lately, when I get a pop-up telling me I need to perform a certain action (ie "boost memory), as soon as I tap the button to perform the designated function, the music from an add starts playing in the background, and enters what is known in computer terms as, "an endless loop", or in the pre-mp3 days, it would be called, "a broken record." The only way to put a stop to that now obnoxious music is to RESTART my phone!!!!This helps me get a head start.

2. New issue is the cleanr no longer finds junk to remove even after an app has been uninstalled.I had 'notifications' and 'draw over other apps' turned off.

3. Very happy and actually liked one of the advertised apps.The app seems to hold some potential with a number of features such as a wi-fi scanner and CPU cooler, but the effectiveness of the features is questionable.

4. First issue is that it doesn't keep accurate timing regarding how long it has been since it last ran.

5. If this app was not listening to me about notifications what else was it doing without my permission? Don't download, find something else!I installed this app as I have been frustrated by the 10 others I had tried.

6. But not sure if there's any bugs or crashes in this because there's other security apps that have bugs and crashes in them, well some.

7. I thought I bought the ad-free year but haven't been able to update my app.The app itself for the most part is great, however there are a few issues.

8. For example, I will do every scan offered by the app, and less than a minute later, I will get a full screen pop up asking me if I would like to scan my apps.

9. But at least this app still work properly though, even though I just have to make sure that this app doesn't have bugs in it, that's all I have.Way too many ads! The ads are very repetitive and no way to choose some ads from being repeated many times.

10. And it pops up a notification that I have to click on(it would'nt let me go back to what i was doing until clicked on) its very annoying and i have had to restart a lot of things because of it.

11. Running the booster more than once hibernates the same apps supposedly hibernated by the first boost.

1. Fix One Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart One Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the One Security App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "One Security" » Open One Security: Antivirus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for One Security » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear One Security: Antivirus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from One Security servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "One Security: Antivirus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check One Security app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, One Security might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall One Security. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall One Security then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing One Security not working

2. Fix One Security Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make One Security be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to One Security not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, One Security may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
