Why should I report an Issue with Applore - Phone Asistant?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of MobileBrain App Studio to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It'd be nice to be able to set the naming criteria for backups or at least change it to the app's name, not package name… & being able to change the backup path is desirable, too.I don't always leave reviews about apps, but when I do it's because it's truly an app that proves to be useful.

2. Allows you choose okay apps with ads it a actually gives you the name of the ad program! But that it only gives you basic info and you can't block the ads or anything?!?It has some bugs to work out, but no deal-breakers.

3. The apps category should have an option to allow custom categorization.There is space for improvements, hopefully battery usage/network data usage will be included on a new versionFirst impressions are not good.

4. Any app that can uninstall 5 apps in the time it would take to go through the finger motions of manually uninstalling 1 app on an unrooted device, by merely tapping and confirming an okay button in the same spot over and over again.

5. I was excited about extracted and backing up my apps to google drive too but when you to the Google drive option theres nothing but a search.

6. For a future update, the developers would do well to make the accept button visible for all font sizes.Totally hand app with useful features and smooth, simple yet beautiful UI.

7. It crashed a couple of times like every 20 apps or something, but to me that's acceptable, and also things like that could be caused by my own device or other apps on my phone.

8. The apps categories failed to display a lot of my games, and probably other types of apps, but mostly the games (I have a lot of games, was easy to see they were not added).

9. So, no way to use the app.So far it seems to be doing great, with the added benefits of having the best interface I've seen in an optimizer app, it scans and loads faster than any other does and seems to be cleaning what it says it's cleaning for real.

10. Reasonable, but why do I have to install & creàte an account just to discover the monthly fee? So annoying! On the plus side loads of USEFUL features like merging contacts with same info (by #, name, or email).

11. Most apps look shiney but are just as basic as your phones built in ability to uninstall apps.

1. Fix Applore Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Applore: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Applore App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Applore" » Open Applore - Phone Asistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Applore » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Applore - Phone Asistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Applore servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Applore - Phone Asistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Applore app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Applore might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Applore. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Applore then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Applore not working

2. Fix Applore Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Applore be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Applore not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Applore may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
