I have called twice trying to make sure I knew what rewards money could be used for, but card always gets declined.This app is horrible ..I can't sign in and when I could sign in it doesn't show nor tell me anything about the rewards .doesn't show card balance ...it doesn't display anything ..why have it if it's no good ...it's horrible .and not only that everytime I go to the Dr or have to go to hospital and I just had major hernia surgery I'm always getting letters saying they aren't covering any off my medical needs .so tell me why do I need this Carolina complete health?? Can I change to a better medicadThis app is No good.

1. Restart Carolina Complete Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
