1. It is user friendly and a nice app to have to keep track of injection sites, add notes, symptoms, and other vaccines/medical data to keep all in one place.

2. Use at your own peril.Been trying to figure out how to add the savings card to the app !!! It says you can but I do not see how !!! Been on the phone for 32 minute and still waiting !!!!I just started my injection a week ago.

3. Just started issues this week.This app keeps me up to date when my shot 💉 is due...I love that, since when I forget....I'm reminded to take it on the specific day and time that I set .

4. I like the symptoms notes so I can show my doctor which days I have issues and we are able to to see patterns in Flare ups and find triggers.

5. But I got a new phone, Galaxy S10, and everytime I try to log in, it says "Network Connection Error," though of course all my other apps have no issues.

6. Typos cannot be corrected, leaving you with inaccurate or missing data that you can't fix.DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP TO TRACK YOUR INJECTION.

7. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes the convenience of keeping details at their fingertipsI love this app!! With its reminder texts or emails, I'm able to set a consistent schedule for my dosing.

8. One suggestion would be to add a "last time" visual when selecting a current injection site, to see both last time and this time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Complete Issues

1. Fix Complete Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart Complete: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Complete App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Complete" » Open Complete – Medication Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Complete » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Complete – Medication Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Complete servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Complete – Medication Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Complete app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Complete might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Complete. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Complete then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Complete not working

2. Fix Complete Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Complete be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Complete not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Complete may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
