This app should work exactly like a Life Alert button that calls for help at the press of ONE button, not 3, plus send, plus HOPEFULLY being able to relay information to a 911 operator.I thought this was going to be a great app but I have tried several times to purchase an upgrade so that I can have more than one contact.

2. Glad I didn't need it then!I paid for the monthly subscription and got an email a few days later saying it has been cancelled, which is a shame because it was working great for me and really gave me peace of mind as a woman living alone.

3. EDIT: The v4.0 update added a vibration confirmation - great! However, the sos message is queued, waiting for the phone to be active and unlocked before actually sending, not so helpful in emergency.

4. This seems to be a nice balance between tracking and safety which my family is happy allowing, without being overprotectiveI used this app for a project to see as an example of how the safety apps work, and how efficient they are.

5. Why do we need it? Why can't we just send our location from WhatsApp? Or the video recordings also?Won't let you add more than one emergency contact.

6. If someone can explain why my subscription got cancelled when I didn't initiate it, I'd like to sign back up if it's a valid reason.I got one question to ask regarding the record video and audio.

7. The problam is that this app doesn't provide a fast and easy and efficient way to summon Emergency Services if your having a life threatening episode which is the whole point of the app the begin with.

8. Plus, app continues sending message whenever phone is unlocked, must uninstall.Reply too a Developers Reply: I know exactly how to the use the app, that's not the problem.

9. Have not received help from developers regarding issue.However, when triggering the alert via pressing the lock button, there is no acknowledgment or confirmation.

10. Especially if you are alone and or not at same location as family it will notify 4 contacts with my position and an ability for them to also select the map that's sent with my physical location.

1. Fix Call For Help Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call For Help: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call For Help App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call For Help" » Open Call For Help - Emergency SOS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call For Help » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call For Help - Emergency SOS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call For Help servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call For Help - Emergency SOS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call For Help app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call For Help might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call For Help. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call For Help then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call For Help not working

2. Fix Call For Help Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call For Help be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call For Help not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call For Help may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
