Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix App Issues
1. Fix App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the App App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "App" » Open App for Gmail SMS etc：CosmoSia » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for App » click "UPDATE".
- Clear App for Gmail SMS etc：CosmoSia app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from App servers.
