It force stops stating you have been logged in and suspends the session...Please fix bugs asap can't post shows until on PC versionHorrible useless app , keeps saying password / username incorrect .Keeps making me change password over and over and over and over again but never lets me into the app.Cant wait to switch to ASCAP next yr when my contract is upApp sucks it has issues logging in when you aren't active for a while.

2. It was fine before they updated it.I've been a long time user of this BMI app and never had complaints but as of now, this app is like an analog Nextel flip phone,completely USELESS! It keeps saying your log in session expired due to no recent activity...and tech support? What tech support??? BMI, please spend some good money for the members that make you all money and fix this app please.

3. This is probably gonna be the 3rd time in a month I have to change my password smh 👎👎👎👎👎👎App is just as useless as the company.

1. Fix BMI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BMI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BMI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BMI" » Open BMI Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BMI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BMI Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BMI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BMI Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BMI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BMI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BMI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BMI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BMI not working

2. Fix BMI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BMI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BMI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BMI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
