1. After many attempts I finally downloaded the Berkheimer App and it was a breeze!The app works fine for paying per capita taxes, except for the fee.

2. Hopefully, your app gets better in the future but I won't be using it.Well not sure what changed filing online this year but I couldn't get it to work.

1. Fix Berkheimer Tax Innovations Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Berkheimer Tax Innovations: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Berkheimer Tax Innovations App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Berkheimer Tax Innovations" » Open Berkheimer Tax Innovations » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Berkheimer Tax Innovations » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Berkheimer Tax Innovations app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Berkheimer Tax Innovations servers.
