1. You have given a customer care number but why can't I make a call? If you cannot even make an app which is stable then I don't know if I can trust your service with my deposits!All good but I'm trying to add money from bank and everytime after 5/7 days it's automatically cancelling the transaction even I have balance in my bank account!Why should I provide both password and PIN? For any Mail or bikash or any registration I have ever done there was 1 PIN or Password.

2. Because to add money in this e-wallet you need an exisiting bank account/card & it takes around 3 days to transfer directly from bank account.

3. I am very much happy to use this app without any interruption.Add money system is very bad, I requested to add money 6/7 days ago, still the money has not arrived in my cashbaba account.The app is nice! There are a lot of features.

5. Also their live chat agent are not friendly.I wish I could give 0 stars! I've been trying for two days but the KYC process is so messed up.
