Good Fitness Customer Insights

1. It's really to a point where I just write down the exercises I need to do for that specific day and just review the videos really quick if I'm not sure about an exercise because it's annoying to keep having to log in repeatedly during a workout.I'm excited to continue on this journey and believe this app has a great exercise plan with useful information.

If you workout alot and know proper form then you probably know all these moves and can fly through themNo issue with the individual pages of the app, but if I try to swipe to go back (which works everywhere else on my phone) instead of manually tapping the back arrow at the top of my screen (which I can't reach with my thumb while holding my phone normally), it exits out of the app.

3. Very Annoying! 🙄I love the program and can feel myself getting stronger because of the workouts, however I wish the video was on a loop and you didn't have to restart it every time you want to watch it.

4. Other than that, it's decent and I look forward to seeing some improvements..with my body and this app lolGreat workouts, I especially appreciate that he puts clear descriptive videos attached to each exercise.

5. My videos also stop playing/pause when the bar at the bottom goes away so I have to hold the "full screen" button to keep that from happening.

6. If I adjust my screen or the phone times out, I'll be kicked back to the home screen to pick my program, pick the week, pick the day and scroll back to where I left off.

7. Good starting workout but again more effort can be made into the app itself, especially if we are paying for it.Good videos but the description doesn't match some of the videos.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Good Fitness Issues

1. Fix Good Fitness Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Good Fitness: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Good Fitness App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Good Fitness" » Open Good Fitness » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Good Fitness » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Good Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Good Fitness servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Good Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Good Fitness app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Good Fitness might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Good Fitness. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Good Fitness then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Good Fitness not working


2. Fix Good Fitness Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Good Fitness be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Good Fitness not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Good Fitness may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
