It's really to a point where I just write down the exercises I need to do for that specific day and just review the videos really quick if I'm not sure about an exercise because it's annoying to keep having to log in repeatedly during a workout.I'm excited to continue on this journey and believe this app has a great exercise plan with useful information.

If you workout alot and know proper form then you probably know all these moves and can fly through themNo issue with the individual pages of the app, but if I try to swipe to go back (which works everywhere else on my phone) instead of manually tapping the back arrow at the top of my screen (which I can't reach with my thumb while holding my phone normally), it exits out of the app.
3. Very Annoying! 🙄I love the program and can feel myself getting stronger because of the workouts, however I wish the video was on a loop and you didn't have to restart it every time you want to watch it.
4. Other than that, it's decent and I look forward to seeing some improvements..with my body and this app lolGreat workouts, I especially appreciate that he puts clear descriptive videos attached to each exercise.
5. My videos also stop playing/pause when the bar at the bottom goes away so I have to hold the "full screen" button to keep that from happening.
6. If I adjust my screen or the phone times out, I'll be kicked back to the home screen to pick my program, pick the week, pick the day and scroll back to where I left off.

9. It's not a seamless workout, it's time consuming and some of the moves aren't explained well.
10. Ie if my screen rotates or times out, the app kicks me out the workout and back to the main page.
11. The notes seem to be in the wrong location for the video so it's confusing if I'm doing the correct movement...or the correct reps.
