AT&T Smart Wi-Fi Customer Insights

1. (Is it me? If I accidentally hit the 'break-me' key please teach me to undo it! I'll apologize and gratefully change my rating.)App works seamlessly in the background to turn your device's wifi on and off as needed when near a known access point.

2. There's no way April was the last time I connected!! I hate this app! You can't even set it to stay connected when on.This is one of the AT&T apps that almost does what it does.

3. Really expected more from you AT&TInferior Product - Designed to FAIL: This software replaces the automatic data switching and data management that is found in any mobile device.

4. Maybe? App THEORETICALLY uses a 0-5 star rating system for connecting to WiFi hotspots, but I find no way to rate any hotspots, nor is it mentioned by the USELESS FAQ.

5. This app does not register the correct amount of data usage.

6. Never SEEMED to have issues with speed, pop-ups, crashes, or interfering with other apps some had, but I'm going to be reconsidering some of those issues now.I tried to update all my apps in Google play but it kept saying pending (waiting on Wi-Fi).

7. Countless times and places, can't get a connection to data or wifi.

8. It saves battery by also automstically turning off your wifi (when you forget to do so) when leaving your home or work normal access points.

9. If I want to find a Hotspot manually, the app does show the local scanned Hotspots but that's it.

10. I do not know why AT&T always drops the ball when it comes to developing the highly recommended solution and then roll out a remarkably half finished tool seteither I can't read or i can't comprehend the instructions.

11. That rare connection it does pick-up it quickly drops like a red-hot rock without explanation.
