Why should I report an Issue with Save Location - Personal Location Assistant?

1. please tell me I missed something.very easy to use, just push the button and it marks the exact location where you're standing, keeps a list of everything you saved and it's linked to Google Maps so you can start gpsing right away.Awesome app... I have been looking for something to save locations a long time, I don't understand why Google maps doesn't have it.No quick tiles support to quickly save your location while driving.

2. But this is not that at all, and it is not integrated with google maps at all as google icon would mislead Can't search places, cant add notes, cant do anything really than add one liner notes in a list format.

1. Fix Save Location Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Save Location: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Save Location App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Save Location" » Open Save Location - Personal Location Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Save Location » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Save Location - Personal Location Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Save Location servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Save Location - Personal Location Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Save Location app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Save Location might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Save Location. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Save Location then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Save Location not working

2. Fix Save Location Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Save Location be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Save Location not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Save Location may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
