Aspect WFM Customer Insights

1. top of app is cut off by notifications bar at top of screen blocking the refresh and back buttons, wouldnt be so bad if the app at all supported the back button of the phone to go between menus, and the load times for getting any information are ridiculous.

2. I cannot check my schedule half the time, as it pops up a white box that says, "go home" or "open browser." When trying to click on anything it won't allow me, and when trying to click the back button it completely closes the application.

3. If I close it and come back to it a few minutes later, it will show me what I saw last, but the moment I tap on something I get an error like I don't have access and then I'm routed back to sign on.althought I have notifications turned on, I'm not getting notifications on my android device.

4. if you misclick in the list menu you're locked for almost a full minute in a loading screen before youre able to hit the go back button so you can go to the previous screen.This app continues to fail to work.

5. Can barely get anything to load I have updated it tried different devices and asked others if they are having issues and yes we all are having the same issues this app is about to be uninstalled on all 3 of my devices as it's just taking up space.

6. Once those issues are fixed my review will be updated as well.Remember how menus and stock apps used to look on iphones back in like 2011? That's exactly how this app looks now in 2020, and it works just as well(/s).

7. I've tried reinstalling and checking settings.. It's still not providing notifications.. I noticed Apple devices have no issues with this function.

8. Half the time I get to this screen with a pop-up telling me to go home but when I click it nothing happens and the only fix is to clear my cache and restart my phone.

9. The one ring was literally lost and found in the stream in less time than it takes to load the move my schedule options.90% of the app is unusable.

10. Fix the bugsThis app at one time worked perfectly and as of recent it's not usable at all on any of my Android devices.

11. Most apps, when exited, will refresh and take you back to the sign in page when you open it up again or hold your place for when you return.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Aspect WFM Issues

1. Fix Aspect WFM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Aspect WFM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Aspect WFM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aspect WFM" » Open Aspect WFM Mobile Enterprise » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aspect WFM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Aspect WFM Mobile Enterprise app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aspect WFM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aspect WFM Mobile Enterprise" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Aspect WFM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aspect WFM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Aspect WFM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aspect WFM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aspect WFM not working


2. Fix Aspect WFM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aspect WFM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aspect WFM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aspect WFM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
