Why should I report an Issue with Inovalon WFM?

People keep coming here to report bugs because that's the only option.Was fine until it started shutting down when the Bluetooth connects even reinstalled the app and it didn't fix it and now I can't clock in awesome bug fix guysSince the update haven't been able to clock in or out from my phone and I have a zfold 4 and a galaxy 22 SO PLEASE DONT UPDATE ANYTIME SOON or you will be faced to technical difficulties,it is a great app sometimes it give attitude and doesn't let me go to other pages in app such as pending or unscheduled shift and bounces me back to my scheduled shifts.

2. This app is really easy for me to check my schedule! I am the type to immediately forget when I'm supposed to go in... even though I have the same schedule all the time and I just have a horrible memory lol My employed used to make an actual calendar with the schedule which wasn't very useful as I'd have to remember to take a photo.

3. but other than that it's a great app for work and make your schedule at your finger tips and picking up shifts simple.

4. Also able to trade shifts, view open shifts, request time off (personal or otherwise).

5. Rest of the app is working okay, but I really think adding some type of "contact us"/"report bugs" feature would be very useful and also improve the average rating of this app.

6. I can see available open shifts and offer to work those and/or offer one of my shifts to other staff.

8. Resorting to mobile web browser which is same as the app anyways, just no notifications.So easy to view and adjust my schedule.

9. I love that I am able to see what shifts I can pick up and I'm also able to request off too.

10. The app tells new what shifts I've selected and which unit in the hospital I'll be working in.

11. Is this a mistake? It's a rather intuitive app, but the loss of sync function to phone calendar is unfortunate and inconvenient.Unable to log into app ever since i got my Galaxy S10.

1. Fix Inovalon WFM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Inovalon WFM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Inovalon WFM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Inovalon WFM" » Open Inovalon WFM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Inovalon WFM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Inovalon WFM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Inovalon WFM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Inovalon WFM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Inovalon WFM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Inovalon WFM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Inovalon WFM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Inovalon WFM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Inovalon WFM not working

2. Fix Inovalon WFM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Inovalon WFM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Inovalon WFM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Inovalon WFM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
