1. Unexpected extra charges!! Fail to understand when full payment was made online, later on when delivery details are provided extra amount is charged!! Why not include it in the initial amount once and for all? I have 2 separate deliveries for a single placed order of multiple items and now I have to pay small change separately for both.

They are just keeping data to show we have so many users irrespect they are jot able to use it.Love the app UI/UX and the support but the thing that sucks is the unfulfilled promises they make, I purchased the care plan which mentions quick delivery but it is just a thing that's there but instead i always ends up getting delayed delivery.
3. Before you make a payment, they show you the delivery date of the same day or the next day and once the payment is done and the order is placed; boom there.
4. There was no news about my delivery and so I opened my app to check and voila, it shows my order was delivered on November 1.
5. Beware before you place an order from such apps.Recently I ordered some medicines, and the order was canceled due to a prescription issue.
6. At present the sample collection can get completed even when the sample has not been collected.One of worst company even though the brand name pretty much well established.
7. While I appreciate the app's commitment to safety and accuracy, it should be more flexible when it comes to recognizing alternative brands.The sample collection part of the app needs some attention.
8. If you do not take screenshots or screen recordings of delivery date that you selected, they will refuse all your claims and prove you wrong.
9. My order is marked as delivered even though I have not received it.
10. No matter how many times you order, the order is never delivered.
