ToYou Rep Customer Insights

1. Second one, the customer asked to deliver in different location after receiving the order from the merchant.The application need an improvement about "Available Order." Once the order come they should show the location of pick up and delivery before the driver will accept the order.

2. You will get random orders and when you accept them, you will receive a message saying that some other representative accepted the order first.

3. 1) Unable to view the restaurant or distance prior to accepting an order.

4. If I'm a customer and i order something and it takes this much time.

5. 1, The restaurant name should come, the time a notification for new order comes.

6. 2) Unable to contact customer for clarification/reviewing an order.

7. Please fix these issues, if these issues are fixed, it be the market leader then.The app doesn't work unless you allow it to access your location at all times, not just while the app is in use.

8. First when we reach to the merchant, if some items were missing we can't contact the customer, at least if you provide the messaging service it could be better.

9. You cannot know the location and distance of the pickup or dropoff point before accepting the ride.

10. Support needs to be active, I contacted support several times but didn't get an answer on time.

11. Most of the time app not open when you arrive drop off location.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ToYou Rep Issues

1. Fix ToYou Rep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ToYou Rep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ToYou Rep App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ToYou Rep" » Open ToYou Rep » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ToYou Rep » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ToYou Rep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ToYou Rep servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ToYou Rep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ToYou Rep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ToYou Rep might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ToYou Rep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ToYou Rep then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ToYou Rep not working


2. Fix ToYou Rep Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ToYou Rep be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ToYou Rep not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ToYou Rep may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
