Why should I report an Issue with TagHawk - Buy. Sell. Faster.?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TagHawk Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I sell a lot of similar items and would be nice to have more control over what I no longer want to show.I love this site, but what I don’t like, is when someone says they’ll hold something or make an appt for me to pick something up, and agree on a price then go back on our agreement without so much as a heads up or even an option to come earlier or beat the other offer, etc.

2. $300 if I read that correctly to just post within your community an you have to pay to promote your items!?! It's too much if you ask me.App has nearly no users and for good reason they try to run a entirely digital payment system forcing surcharges on you per item you sell if you use specify hard cash only so they can't tax it the entire messaging system is bugged.

3. the old messages in the chat disappeared while having a conversation so I could not view previous things you want a good buying and selling app go to any of the twenty other ones instead.Unable to sign in or sign up.

4. I advise people before going out to shop especially those who live in suburbs like me, just check on at TagHawk first maybe you can find something you needed at an affordable price! and you can save time and gas.

5. Super annoyed and unable to use so for this I rated it a one star.When I first started using TagHawk I could never get anyone to return phone call or messages.

6. Things on TagHawk sell well, and when I first signed up and posted things I already had gotten sales.

7. The only flaws that I would say this app is that the buyers will sometimes not rate you, and I wish they could fix that though with any online buying platform there will be people that would do that.I’ve sold and bought many kid items on here.

8. Today I went to use the app for what I thought was the first time then app says email already used so I go to sign in with the same login I always use, wrong password, so reset password and it's telling me bad request whenever I picked a new password.

1. Fix TagHawk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TagHawk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TagHawk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TagHawk" » Open TagHawk - Buy. Sell. Faster. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TagHawk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TagHawk - Buy. Sell. Faster. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TagHawk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TagHawk - Buy. Sell. Faster." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TagHawk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TagHawk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TagHawk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TagHawk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TagHawk not working

2. Fix TagHawk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TagHawk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TagHawk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TagHawk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
