1. maybe because iam using bonuslink point.I used to be a loyal customer before the rebrand(fomerly 11street), but I was shocked to find out that the credit expiry is deemed within one year, whilst when I checked last year the sellling platform did mentioned about non-expiry credits! Plus all the emails i received r in the spam folder, the app itself keeps logging me out, everytime when I lauched the app it requires me logging in again! Update: I got my credits back, good job listening to customers, Thx, will continue to supportI regret downloading and purchasing through this app.
2. Totally scamThe user interface is good but there is one problem you should probably fix - it keeps refreshing the page when you click the back button.
3. Try to buy 2nd time and has been more than a week still not process for shipping.Don't ever purchase anything from here, purchase item on march and been delayed untill end of June.
