1. On top of that, the delivery came with some missing items, and the delivery person said he will come back with those items but never did! Highly recommend not to use the appLife saver when I was sick and needed groceries delivered quickly, but fix your payment system! It won't allow me to sign into Paypal and it always refunds my Google Pay so I always have to resend payment manually.

2. Another time i was called to pick it up myself and when I got there he was having a cigarette and last experience half of what I ordered didn't arrive and the delivery person left the parcel on the floor and asked me to pick it up.

3. Very disappointing, considering that I used to be a regular customer.I would have put 0 stars but it's not an option! The app spammed me with notifications about vouchers the whole time! When I decided to use one that said something along the lines of "Use this voucher only today", when I finished the checkout the voucher did not apply! The support basically told me it's my fault and nothing can be done.

4. Reeks of a bait and switch, so I didn't order and uninstalled the app.Would really like to use this service (after getnow, which I liked and used, closed), but unable to pay via Paypal.

1. Fix GetFoodie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GetFoodie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GetFoodie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GetFoodie" » Open GetFoodie: Online-Supermarkt » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GetFoodie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GetFoodie: Online-Supermarkt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GetFoodie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GetFoodie: Online-Supermarkt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GetFoodie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GetFoodie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GetFoodie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GetFoodie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GetFoodie not working

2. Fix GetFoodie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GetFoodie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GetFoodie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GetFoodie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
