1. Help desk there helpless.please fix the bug...constantly being logged out......2 months later the problem persists still having to reinstall every few days...please fix the issue..pleasehaven't fixed the bug yet.
2. Hence, my rating of "3"I love reading cause its educational and it teaches me of new words to learn about.I am a subscriber that cannot login and am unable to turn off adds.
3. Sounds like the left hand and right hand aren't working together and the e-subsriber is left out in the cold.Drops my logon requiring me to uninstall/reinstall.
4. Tech seems aware of problem, but after 2 months, can't seem to fix it.
5. Have to reinstall every 5 articles, even though I'm a subscriber already.
6. Tech support knows of the problem, but cannot fix it.
7. Reporting is good to excellent but circulation and customer service is poor to non-existent.
8. When I call, they tell me to uninstall and reinstall.
9. CS says a new account management system was brought up, but not all accounts were transferred.
10. I only keep it so that I dont have read the hard copy every day, even though we take the paper.
11. Bummer.After looking at like 4 articles, I can't read anymore.
