1. Customer Service has proven to be unsuccessful numerous times.Trash! I just paid $69.99 for a subscription to a newspaper electronic edition and the apps don't work and the website signs me out after each article.I used to read the e-edition for years since they started it and now it's next to impossible to read on my Kindle and if I can find another newspaper that has the cryptograms I'll sure cancel the postI want to veiw as the newspaper is printed as in veiw option on the web site.
2. I tried to support local journalists, but, I agree, app sucks.Cant sign in.UNUSABLE!I'm a paying subscriber, but app NEVER remembers my password, even after resets.NO RESPONSE from them to all of the TERRIBLE REVIEWS.Guess THEY DON'T CARE.PS:Called them a while ago, could not understand person at the 800#, and she couldn't understand my problem.
3. It sucks.Bad sucks Cant sign in on my phone not able to read subscriber stories I've loaded it three times I put my password in about 10 times still doesn't workCan't log in, no response from queries.
4. What an opportunity the Palm Beach Post misses to be the #1 News source in the dynamic Palm Beach Market!Absolutely the WORST APP I've ever used.Doesn' remember my password ever.IVE EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES W NO RESPONSE.
5. Need to update local news, information and weather on a frequent and regular basis.
6. Tried this one because the other PBPost app was acting strangely and items to read were out of focus.
7. Information density is low,takes too much effort to scroll thru.
8. The news items are old and are of limited interest.
9. (Total language barrier) FRUSTRATING.New version is awful.
10. I cant even log in from the articles the send me in emails.
11. Plus no local only option.
