1. Even worse: Each week I have to de-install and re-install it...🥶🥶🥶ben from last June! Lots of options after successful Anmelden, but no paper, neither on Computer, nor on Phone... But it had worked before...what a waste of time, once more...Still slow loading times and somehow I can't reliably open the newspaper while it's still loading.The app is not mature.

2. App doesn't work on Samsung S20-FE!! Furthermore NZZ has notified several months ago that they are aware of it - but nothing happens 🤨🤨🤨 Update 3-May Now it works - but with a really bad quality: Each day the app crashes several times.

1. Fix NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus)" » Open NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NZZ E-Paper (Digital Plus) may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
