The Denver Post Customer Insights

1. Also, the app is just clunky! When clicking on an article (from a notification that I'm about to disable), it reauthenticates every time, causing a severe pause in the display.Constant notifications about Denver sports teams.

2. Also, gives you partial headline in notification, then when expanding the notification, unlike other news apps that give you the complete headline, it shows you the leading photo, often useless for providing data.Headline notifications don't link to the stories that go with the headlines.

3. I want to support local journalism but your app makes it hard to want to continue. This app does not function well if you adjust font display settings universally in your Android phone to use bold text.

4. I got this subscription in order to support local news, but the app just isn't functional enough to be usable. There is no way to customize notifications in the app (of course you can in Android settings, though).

5. No way to turn off! Actually, constant notifications about the damnest things... PLEASE make a setting to stop notifications! Also, no way to search for an article found in the print edition so it can be sent to a friend.

6. I'll NOT be renewing my subscription at the end of it's current term.Paragraphs cut out after a certain number of characters so articles are incomplete to the point of being unreadable at times.

7. Makes app pointless. The app does not show full articles, requiring me to visit the web page.

8. Every 2-3 weeks I get booted off, even though I have an ANNUAL print subscription! So annoying!!!11/20-- Still annoying to be required to sign in again about every 2-3 weeks.

9. Does not appear to be a way to disable push notifications or the pop up ads when trying to read a story.

10. OBNOXIOUS!It was an OK website to access the Denver Post, for me the local sports team.

11. i dont understand why your app is called "The Denver Post" and not just "Denver Post" i sort my apps alphabetically so the app gets sorted with the t's.
