Why should I report an Issue with TINWOO?

Considering the full functionality of the app, revising review to 4 stars.So far liking the watch, but I agree with the comments about the weather readings; they are so ridiculously incorrect as to make the data useless! Worse yet, every clock face includes the useless weather data! With some work on the software this could easily garner four or more stars.

2. Don't need weather updates every 20 minutes...Watch looks great, works OK, but constant connectivity issues make the whole experience absolute garbage.

3. Very nice watch.LOOSES CONNECTION: Using with a Moto Stylus with all app permissions granted Watch looses connection with phone if phone is dormant for some time.

4. Why? Is all of our data being transmitted to China? I use the watch but killed the app.The app worked great for a few weeks, then it kept popping up errors saying that the app "unfortunately stopped".

5. I have reset the watch, uninstalled the app, tried numerous times to reboot my phone and watch and start fresh, and nothing works.

6. The connection between the watch and my Samsung phone has been very stable so far.

7. However, please be aware that in my experience, this app, which is kinda necessary to sync the watch to your phone, is very problematic in two aspects.

9. I'll dump the watch before I let it kill my battery on a daily basis.The app is nearly useless outside of a connection point.

1. Fix TINWOO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TINWOO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TINWOO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TINWOO" » Open TINWOO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TINWOO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TINWOO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TINWOO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TINWOO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TINWOO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TINWOO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TINWOO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TINWOO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TINWOO not working

2. Fix TINWOO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TINWOO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TINWOO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TINWOO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
